The main focus of the project is on the design of the different current mill systems and their control systems, achieving key advances in the major subsystems.
Thanks to funding from the European Union, Magallanes has been able to develop an optimised system of floating hull structure, blades for power generation, powertrain and pitch system, cable-connection design and high-fidelity control and simulation system of its current mill, which will allow the correct deployment of the next commercial mill.
